We do not directly access or store the end-user data collected by Google's advertising systems. 4.3 User Consent: Applications we develop that use Google Ads products include appropriate consent mechanisms (GDPR consent forms where applicable, and disclosure in app privacy policies) as required by Google's policies. 4.4 Advertising ID: We configure apps to use Android Advertising ID (AAID) and Apple IDFA in compliance with platform policies, including support for "Limit Ad Tracking" user preferences. 4.5 Children's Privacy:For apps targeted at or likely to be used by children under 13, we implement child-directed treatment settings in accordance with COPPA and Google's Families Policy.

When we integrate Microsoft Advertising (Bing Ads) into campaigns or applications: 5.1 Microsoft's Data Processing:Microsoft Advertising collects and processes data in accordance with Microsoft's Privacy Statement (privacy.microsoft.com). CampYellow acts as a data processor on behalf of our clients for campaign management purposes. 5.2 Universal Event Tracking (UET): Where UET tags are implemented, Microsoft may collect behavioral data about website visitors. This data is used for conversion tracking and audience targeting and is subject to Microsoft's data retention policies. 5.3 Campaign Data: We access campaign performance data (impressions, clicks, conversions) through the Microsoft Advertising API solely for the purpose of optimizing client campaigns.
